Adam is Bravely Default 2's Hellblade boss and the final boss of Chapter 4. I think Adam is the strongest gear check boss we've had yet in Bravely Default II. Make sure your jobs are leveled up and that you have the beat gear at the nearby shop.
Edit: Oops at 5:57 I meant to say "higher" level.
I am doing this fight on the Hard Mode difficulty, so it might be easier for you than it looks here.
