If you want to evenly align multiple rows of text in Adobe After Effects, this is how you can do it.

Select all the text layers you want to align, go to the window called “Align”. Next to “Align Layers to”, pick “Selection”.

Then click the first icon to the left where it says “Align left”.

Now click the second icon under “Distribute layers” to distribute all the text rows vertically.
