Heres a quick tutorial on how to add presets/filters into Lightroom on a Mac/Windows. Basically you are copying them into your Lightoom settings folder. HOW TO INSTALL LIGHTROOM for Windows
Go to: Edit • Preferences • Presets
Click on the box titled: Show Lightroom Presets Folder
Double click on Lightroom
Double click on Develop Presets
Copy the folder of your presets into the Develop Presets folder
Restart Lightroom
