In this tutorial I will show you how to add infinite scroll on Shopify collection page so shoppers glide through products without hitting a next button. Adding infinite scroll turns each collection page into a continuous gallery that feels fast and modern and keeps visitors focused because when infinite scroll feeds new items automatically you raise time on Shopify store boost engagement and prompt impulse buys. Shoppers stay inside Shopify longer which helps conversion.
We will jump into the theme code editor and add a new snipper called "infinite-scroll" that will add the infinite scroll to the collection page template and thats basically a one ajax loading snippet that powers endless scrolling. You will see where to paste the script adjust lazy loading so images stay crisp and watch the progress bar reassure users that more items are on the way.
