In this video i will show you how to make the sale badge show "Saved Amount" on the Shopify product page using custom code. Instead of the default "Sale" label, this method displays exactly how much money your customer is saving like “Save $15” or “You Save $10” right next to the product price on your Shopify product page.
By showing the saved amount, you're adding a strong psychological trigger that highlights the value of your discount and encourages more conversions. This visual cue makes it easier for shoppers to see how much they’re benefiting, especially during promotions or limited time offers.
So i will show you how to edit the targeted Liquid code correctly and the code that we will add will calculate the difference between the original price and the sale price automatically and this works perfectly with themes like Dawn and other Shopify 2.0 themes, and no app is needed and the key benefits include increased urgency, improved transparency to raise your conversion rate.
