To add formatting to Hotmail:
- Open your Hotmail account, click New and write a new email
- Go to Options, you can click on Rich Text and it will give you different options for your text
- You can change the color of your text, your background, make it bold, Italicized, underline, add a link etc.
- You can also choose Edit in HTML
