How Can We add a keyboard layout in Windows 10?
In order to add your custom keyboard layout, just left click on Windows Menu and click on Settings or simply click on windows search bar and type Settings. Then click on Settings and go to Time & Language. After that click on Region and language. So finally you can add your preferred languages.

Click on Add Button and search your language.

Click on your selected language and then click Next and install.

You can access your keyboard layout from the right corner (just near Time & Date Menu).

So click on your preferred keyboard layout and start typing in your own language.
