If you are not able to upload your videos and photos in high qualities from mobile Facebook application, follow the steps shown in this video.

Go to your mobile Facebook application. After that you can tap on the main Facebook menu. Then go down to Settings and Privacy. Tap on Settings. Then scroll down until you find Media and Contacts. Tap on Media and Contacts. What you can do here is you can just turn on Upload photos in HD. Next, you have to turn on Upload Videos in HD.
