Now, they are combining their platforms into one integrated solution powered by AWS AI.
U.S. Hunger connects healthcare with social care. ThriveLink builds AI agents that talk to families over the phone and help them navigate resources. HelpLink enables companies to donate directly to charities, giving people the dignity to choose what they need. Together, they have created a full-funnel approach to fighting food insecurity and addressing social determinants of health.
