Sarah Stephens is an apparel design leader building products that inspire people to spend more time outside. She’s spent her career in the outdoor industry and leads a team of designers at REI to create new hike, camp, and fitness apparel. She is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and accessible culture in the outdoor industry, and loves the challenge of creating durable, functional product.
