**How did protein become the biggest marketing buzzword in food?**

Because it's profitable.

Walk through any grocery store and you'll see **"HIGH PROTEIN!"** splashed across cereal, chips, cookies, candy bars, ice cream, and countless ultra-processed foods. The food industry knows people have been taught to fear not getting enough protein, so they've turned it into one of their most powerful marketing tools.

Here's the reality:

Americans don't have a protein deficiency problem.

We have a **chronic disease** problem.

Our #1 killer is heart disease, and diets high in animal products—which are high in protein but also cholesterol and saturated fat—are a major contributor. We also continue to see high rates of obesity, type 2 diabetes, autoimmune disease, and many cancers.

Meanwhile, people are chasing protein while falling short on the nutrients their cells actually need to function and repair: **vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytochemicals.**

Protein is found in **all whole plant foods.** If you're eating enough whole plant foods to meet your calorie needs, you're getting protein too.

So instead of asking:
❌ "How can I eat more protein?"

Try asking:
✅ "How can I hyper-nourish my body today?"

That's where real health begins.

Stop buying products because they say "high protein." Start flooding your body with the micronutrients it needs to repair, reduce inflammation, and thrive.
