Hey everyone, so I wanted to make this quick little video to talk about Stan Lee, the legendary comic book writer who (at the time of recording this) has recently passed away. As someone who grew up with a deep love of comics and superheroes from a young age, Stan was always a person in my life (or at least that’s how it felt). Ever since watching Spider-Man: The Animated Series before I was even old enough to go to school, Lee’s fingerprints were all over my passions and my imagination. As I’ve grown up, and as things change for anyone as they become an adult, one of the few constants has always been comics, superheroes, and in particular, the creations brought to life by Lee. Whether it’s reading Marvel Comics, going to the cinema with some of my best friends to watch the latest MCU film, or just sat here making YouTube videos, I wouldn’t be able to do any of this without Stan Lee.

In this video, I want to talk about Stan as a person, and mourn him in the way I feel is best, by celebrating the incredible life and story of the unlikely kid from Manhattan, New York who touched the world in ways few could ever dream.
