Rebecca Sudore, MD, professor of medicine in the UCSF Department of Medicine’s Division of Geriatrics, is revered for her steadfast support of helping patients who have trouble understanding lengthy medical forms. Her goal is to empower all to have a voice in their health care, no matter their native language or education level.
Rebecca is the recipient of the 2025 Chancellor Award for Public Service.
