The answer is in my drum book ("The Polyrhythm odyssey" / "L'odyssée des polyrythmies")! This is a short made from one old video on my ytbe channel called "june's amusement". I play an ostinato on the toms in 4/4, add some feet ostinato in 5/16 and my left hand (snare then cowbell) in 3/16!
