My biggest concern about diversity and representation?

That slight progress will be considered “enough.”

In my next livestream, I’ll be revisiting the research on gender representation in leadership, from my perspective and experience as a woman of color — right in time for #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2023.

I’ll also be asking for your input — how are you addressing the leadership pipeline internally? What are the opportunities you see? Finally, I’ll share a powerful example of “extending the requirements” (NOT lowering them!) from my experience as a member of YPO.

Join me on Tuesday — no matter your gender identity! This conversation affects all of us, and is rife with leadership opportunities.
