Parts of the UK are experiencing exceptional April warmth during the middle of this week, due to warm air from North Africa.
However, temperatures will tumble in the coming days, as a westerly wind brings much cooler air from the Atlantic Ocean.
Temperatures will peak in the low to mid 20s across England and Wales on Wednesday, which is 6-10C above average.
By the end of the week, as the cooler air arrives, some places will see daytime highs 10-15C lower than previous days.
