Our automatic assembly line for residual current circuit breakers EFI-P follows Industry 4.0 principles: operations are automated, regular communication is established, taking place on three levels (device - device, product - device, device / line - MES system) and ensures full control and coordination of procedures. RCCBs and subassemblies undergo 21 measurements, tests and video inspections during the production process and all relevant data are recorded in a database that provides 100% traceability via a DMC code on the housing. EFI-P also has a QR code, which takes the user to the product's website, where all technical data, dimensional drawings and diagrams, certificates and instructions for use are available.
