Using Razer Synapse 3, Chroma Studio, and Chroma Connect apps, I managed to synchronize the "Spectrum Cycle" Razer Chroma effect with ASUS Aura, MSI Mystic Light Sync, and even Nanoleaf!
It's not 100% perfect but it's not far off and for the most part, works really well.

I even got everything to sync up upon booting up into Windows 10.
