When you get big green potatoes, you need to have something to do with them. You shouldn't eat green potatoes, but you can plant them. I cut large potatoes to scab a few days and we had one night of -2C, so failure is an option.. I will do a couple of updates through the winter. I am wildly optimistic for success come spring.
