For the past year, I've been reversing my age with AI and in this video, i'll show you how I do it so that you can do the same but for FREE using Python, PyTorch, Bing AI, and Open Source Health data. We'll make 3 version of our age predictor, one without machine learning, one with machine learning, and one with modern deep learning. I was inspired to do this when i first read the Harvard Geneticist Dr David Sinclair's book LifeSpan. Aging is the loss of information over time, we can use data and algorithms to be help retain that information by making healthy decisions. I hope this video inspires you to use AI to improve your own biological age. Enjoy!
