Welcome to Our Daily Shred with Uncle Ben Eller, the ULTIMATE guitar workout play-along series! Think of me as your sherpa up the mountain of SHRED GUITAR. Grab your favorite guitar and work out with me using the onscreen TABs!
Today's workout is all about HAND SYNCHRONIZATION! You've GOT to develop your hand sync if you want to become the next Shreddy Kruger, and running this workout a couple times a week is exactly what you need to make it happen. Use the speed controls Youtube has to find a comfy tempo (or, better yet, use the Guitar Pro file on my Patreon page), and let's RIP! 2 rounds of hand sync drills going up and down the neck, you can do this! Stay relaxed, and take breaks if you need to.
