Arkandy's done it again and discovered new Metroid Dread speedrun tech and a new skip with it.

I reluctantly call it Storm Skip NMG because the tech used sits in a grey area between minor and major, although personally it feels and looks NMG. There is still a chance that either a vote happens and the consensus changes or the rules are reworded for clarity and the trick remains unallowed. Maybe someone ends up finding a better alternative that's more in-line with NMG (And good luck with that!).
Either way, this Tilt Pseudo application was only just found and is far from even being consistent. I'm going to write down the steps in hopes that people will also mess around with this tech and figure out a consistent setup.

World record, and I almost had a sub 1:03 with this run!
[Current Patch - Rookie Mode - No Turbo - Single File]
This run was played live on my Youtube channel and also my Twitch channel (twitch.tv/arkkandy).
Now that Ive pushed the sob down I can see 1:02 happening very soon. If I could just remove any one mistake from the run, that would just do it.
A 1:01 is also on the far horizon but its too early to say if thats actually feasible. Perhaps well see this category reaching sub-hour levels over the next year!

In single file were not allowed to use another file to setup bomuhey early on, so the early game is very similar to NMG categories. (For now)
This run is one of the better world records Ive scored. Very good run, played almost every split close to gold, and stayed very close to my sum of best throughout. Quite happy with this. :)
