I moved to #Canada from #Brazil in 1990 and just this year as I’m about to turn 50 years old, I decided I wanted to ride my #bike to work in #winter. As the weather grew colder, I slowly adapted my clothing to adjust to the change in temperature. I learned that dressing in layers is the best idea and that having an e-bike is a game changer, as it allows me to get home faster, spending less time in the cold and not working up as much of a sweat. I wanted to share with you the lessons I learned about how to dress for #wintercycling as I pedalled through the streets of #Winnipeg in #Winter.
