While filming with the Anderson County, SC Sheriff's Office in a previous Season of Scaly Adventures, we had the opportunity to meet and film with Master Deputy Devin Hodges. Several months after we met him, he lost his life during a boating training accident.

This year (2019), we had the opportunity to film with the ACSO again and the Anderson, SC Technical Rescue Team,. Frank "Fran" Kuhn showed us the electronic kill switches that are now installed on the boats thanks to The Master Deputy Devin Hodges Foundation.

We would like to personally thank Krystal Hodges and The Master Deputy Devin Hodges Foundation for working so hard to make sure that boats are equipped with this life-saving technology!
