Lawyers that have been practicing for a while tend to make decisions based on really limited information. Sometimes that leads to good results, and sometimes those snap decisions/judgments turn out (really) bad. Most of the time #people think of those decisions as part of the magic, but it isn’t really magic. Those quick judgment tools and the biases in those decisions are pretty well studied. I’m going to try to do some videos on the most common biases that we see in the courts. Hope you enjoy and find something useful in them! #law
