A handful of people have reached out in response to my last video and asked a great question: “if not lawyers, then who should be lobbying against tort reform?” In our best cases, we have great clients who are really braves witnesses, and those are the people that should be telling the story of how tort reform would limit their ability to get the money that they need to live. And the people that buy the billboard and TV commercials and that constantly brag on the internet about the millions recovered probably should NOT be the face of opposing legislative change. #lawyer #tortreform #georgia #insurance
