How Do Elites Perceive Inequality? @UNRISD

South Africa and Brazil have been considered the most unqual democracies of our time. Graziella Moraes Silva (Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva) and her research team interviewed 180 leaders and prominent figures from business, civil service and parliament, to understand how do elites in these two societies perceive the cause of, and potential remedies for, inequalities.
