Debbie Capen spent many years away from the Church, and when she returned, she was grateful for the forgiveness and healing she found. However, she knew that one day, her children would learn about the things that happened during the times that she was far from faith.

She shares how a powerful experience on Divine Mercy Sunday showed her that God wanted to heal her not only by showing her His forgiveness, but also by redeeming those very experiences that had kept her away from Him for so long.
