Stuffed peppers are a culinary classic in many parts of Europe - albeit in very different variations: sometimes vegetarian, sometimes with meat, sometimes from the garden, sometimes in a clay pot. We traveled to Albania, Bulgaria and Hungary to find out more about the different recipes and their origins.
