I bought this bike in a thrift store. There was a bulge in the tire. I thought maybe the tire wasn't seated properly. I went to seat it, and found a surprise. The tube was folded back on itself. I have never seen this before. I am guessing someone rode the bike with a flat tire, and the tube got pushed around.
