I bought a mid-70s Zeus bicycle for $40 on Craigslist. I think it is a Zeus Competition. It was actually sold as parts, but it is almost a complete bike. Missing the saddle and shifters. The frame is very rough with rust. Inlcuded Super Alfa 71 brakes, Alfa brake levers, wheels with high flange Zeus hubs, Zeus crankset, Zeus seatpost, Zeus pedals, handlebars with Cenelli stem. I am not sure if the frame is restoreable. Maybe bead blast the rust and have it powder coated? Not sure if I can retain the chrome like that?
