We all come across many situations of life that we don't expect. At times they are daunting and try to SCARE us off or keep us at bay. We may think to just back it up for the day while it is important to show up on such days because NO ONE else is going to. Most importantly this shuts up the DEMONS and the voices in your head and conveys that they are not able to limit you anymore and you have complete control over your actions and are not governed by anyone.

This habit makes you mentally tough

There is a famous saying "I see the storm coming & no soul out here expect me" . Don't forget we all come across situations that haunt us and when we least expect them to arrive. But it is for and truly in our control how we react to it. We all are going to make it through Fella's REMEMBER THAT!!!
