One of the key issues on the table is ISDS – the fossil fuel industry’s secret weapon.

ISDS clauses in trade deals allow corporations to sue governments in secret ‘corporate courts’ for taking action to protect people and the planet.

We’ll be pushing back against this – and more – over the coming days.
