Founders of Monash Universityโs Brave Conversations Project Daniel Heller and Farid Zaid came together to discuss how we can learn to disagree more productively. From creating spaces where people feel safe to speak, listen and express disagreement constructively to cultivating intellectual humility, they offer practical ways to strengthen public dialogue. By slowing down and approaching one another with curiosity rather than certainty, we can rebuild the habits that help shape a healthy democracy.
