While I was in Philly I made Chicken Parmesan for a family dinner.
First, pound out the chicken breast. You don't have to, but it makes frying it so much easier!
Next, salt and pepper your chicken.
Then, set up a dredging station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs. (I add garlic powder and any other spice I want to the breadcrumbs for some extra flavor!). Dip the chicken in the flour, then egg, then the breadcrumbs. Put it into a hot pan that has oil in it and cook it for about 7 minutes on each side. When it's done, take it out and put it into a baking pan that has tomato sauce in it. When you're all done with the chicken, put more sauce on the top, put cheese on top, and into the oven! Enjoy!
