We've talked before about some Minor Characters in Hotline Miami, and how, even with limited screen time, they have compelling and even tragic stories. Well, there were a couple characters that were requested to be covered more in depth, so here are the stories of the Colonel (along with an alternate one), Charlie the Technician, and the Bum.

Yeah, I know I said before that there would be no more "lore" or "story explanation" videos for Hotline Miami, but this is most likely the last one. I don't think I can scrape anything else out of the barrel for Hotline Miami...
I'll be honest: this was made to get people to come back to the channel because we're going to be ramping stuff up here to hopefully grow even more. There will be a Channel Update video going up later where we go over the future of what's next for the Channel! Keep an eye out if you want further updates!
