This is Amy's longest level, and that can really be a pain. Luckily, I had little trouble with this one. Please ignore Tikal's gruesome voice at 0:13, 0:57, 1:13, etc... Movie Maker has been smoking some bad junk.
I know that I failed to grab the handle twice at 0:12. The Kiki at 0:44 didn't want to move out of the way, so I lured them to throw bombs there. Enemies exploded by these bombs do not add points to the counter. I lost the shield around here, but that's ok.
At 2:40, I DID have enough speed to hammer jump over the platforms, but Tikal's interruption made me loose my momentum and do a mere hammer attack in vain.
I facepalmed really hard at 3:16. I actually had to add a fail counter to the video. That part was such an epic fail that I decided to keep it.

LSC INFO:
The rules for the LSC are to, basically, complete the level (score tally included) with the lowest amount of points possible. The earlier Sonic games don't give points for rings, but they do give the ring bonus, so in a way, rings are banned in both recent and classic Sonic games for the LSC.
DISCLAIMER:
In the 16-bit LSCs (like Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic 2, etc.), I DO use tools such as savestates and slowdowns, but they are merely used to make sure the video is made smoothly without silly errors. More info on such tools at tasvideos.org except I don't use the tools to speedrun.
In the more recent games (Like SADX and Sonic Heroes), I DO use cheats, but they don't alter the challenge's spirit. One of them manipulates time to skip automatically to around 5 seconds before the 0 point bonus time, instead of me having to wait.
In SADX videos, if Tails isn't present, it's also a cheat, to make sure Tails doesn't accidentally get rings.

This run is probably the most entertaining. It contains two dangerous jumps (0:28 and 1:04). This level could ALMOST be completed with 0 points, if it werent for the guards at 2:16.
This run was very hard, and also, from now on, Ill write on the video description the number of attempts the run took me. It was hard, but it was worth it, I guess. The audio is also fixed: Bigs voice doesnt look like a rusty chainsaw cutting through concrete.
I may act and look a bit noobish at 0:13 and 1:40, but I already made 175 attempts previously, so I didnt even care. When I finished this run, I couldnt help but sigh the F-word. If its not Cream collecting rings at 0:15 (when I use Amy), then its Cream collecting rings at 2:37. Those are just some of the worst parts.

Basically, the Low Ring Challenge consists of finishing the level with the lowest amount of rings possible. Losing rings is not permitted.
