GLOBE Using 3 hoops to make a globe shape around body
PEACOCK: Using 3 hoops to make a peacock shape behind head
SPLIT: Chest, waist and knee hooping for 30 sec with 2 revolutions
SPLIT: Hand, chest and waist hooping for 30 sec with 2 revolutions
WALKING: Hand, chest and waist hooping whilst walking
