GLOBE: Globe shape + hand hoops spinning so that hand hoops are horizontal
SPLIT: Chest, waist and knee hooping + hand hoops
BOX: Hoop on knee, foot, and 1 in each hand - Spinning 1 hoop on each limb
NECK TO LEG: Spinning hoop on neck release hoop and catch on foot then pass to hand
