EXACT RECIPE BELOW!
A lot of you guys said you would like a video on how I make my Homemade Sesame Crackers, so here you go! Please let me know if you give these a try. They really are one of my all time favorite snacks so I hope you like them as much as I do!
HOMEMADE SESAME CRACKER RECIPE:
1 cup oat flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup + more water
sea salt
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together the oat flour, whole wheat flour, salt and sesame seeds.
Add in the oil and water and mix/knead until a dough forms.
On parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, roll out the dough as thinly as possible, and then roll it even thinner.
Sprinkle the top of the rolled out dough with sea salt and use your rolling pin to press the salt into the dough.
Score the dough into whatever cracker shapes you desire.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown, checking often after 10 minutes so that they don't burn.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool before breaking apart and storing in an airtight container.
