I have heard so many times that first-time homebuyers are "too entitled" and want the house their parents were able to afford. Isn't that the point, why shouldn't a new homebuyer want the same house that a single job household could afford in 1980, but now that same house is $780,000. Homebuyers are not "entitled"; they just want the same housing opportunities their parents had, but it doesn't exist.
