I have heard real estate agents say that younger homebuyers don't deserve the house we were afforded 25 years ago. We have lost the plot when it comes to home affordability. Why shouldn't a person working 40 hours a week making over 6 figures be able to buy a home that was considered a first-time homebuyer home 20 years ago? Apparently, that is the "entitlement" of a younger person. God forbid you want to afford the same things your parents could afford 25 yrs ago, making more money than they did when they were the same age. #homeaffordability #firsttimehomebuyer #housingcrisis
