In this video, I talk about the absolute failure of Home Inspector Pro (HIP OFFICE). HIP Office is their cloud service offering for reports, billing, contracts, scheduling, etc.
This company has completely lost touch with its customers. They do not even support their own user forums.
Additionally, they readily admit that they do not have proper documentation for their products.
Their support person kept saying "you do not understand" the workflow, or the application. They had no idea that I was an Enterprise Architect (high tech consultant) for many years, and have a full understanding of the SDLC process.
