Ooma VOIP phone service has been overbilling us for months.
This video shows how they deceive users by offering an annual plan, and discounts if you pay annually, instead of monthly. The deception comes in when they are continuing to charge customers monthly, after the customers paid for an annual plan.
The FTC and FCC should be notified about this.
