After asking around and searching the internet, Ashley found the Retract-A-Gate at http://www.Retract-A-Gate.com. She was looking for a safety gate that not only looked nice, but blended well with her décor. As you can see, the Café color works well with her tan colored walls. As shown in the video, the Retract-A-Gate can be opened, closed, and locked with one hand while carrying an 18 month old. She uses her gate so that her dog is confined to one area and won’t roam the house when she is away. Her second Retract-A-Gate is at the top of her stairs and just like the gate downstairs is almost unnoticeable. All the pieces including the mounting brackets allow this gate to blend in with its surroundings.
