Yale made part of the settlement, the removal and destruction of the infringing Holmes time locks making these quite rare, only seven of this model are known.
The Holmes is one of the more complex time locks made, with day skipping capabilities as well as under-winding prevention, anti-dynamite protection, and emergency lockout protection.
