Today in the Soviet Union, to succeed in their attempt to overthrow Stalin the Right Opposition will pay a heavy price, and numerous concessions to potentially hostile foreign powers will be made. However it is all for the greater good, it'll be done to hopefully make the incoming revolution against centre easier.
Along the way we will evaluate these concessions, to see what they're all about, what bonuses they give along with any and all downsides. If there is a point to them, we will find them.
