This week we finish off the Minstrel workstation (for now anyway) by adding a network and sound card, then a not so quick backup of the hard drive followed by a fresh install of MS-DOS 6.22
In the last video I mentioned that I'd assign that 384KB of memory to EMS but instead I've decided to go with expanded. I tried both off camera but expanded memory with the himem.sys driver gives me a bit more conventional memory free. Setting as 384KB EMS and using the HM Systems tool works fine too. If I ever get a memory expansion I think I'll change this around again.
The graphical corruption in Wolfenstein 3D and Commander Keen has me stumped. Any suggestions?

download the executable LNE20001.exe. This is a self extracting archieve, you need to run it under DOS or Windows 98 etc. The driver can be found at \PKTDVR\ETHER.COM.
