This one is extremely annoying because of how the targets will randomly spawn in different locations, potentially forcing you to wait for ages for them to do their routines. Best bet is to keep reloading till you get the guy on his phone in the yard, to save time. If he's talking on his phone inside the building by the sushi bar, it's not worth the wait, just restart. You may wanna practice your syringe timings on both targets with an emetic poison one first, so you can restart if someone spots you.
