Not only does the music react to what you're doing, amping up as you take out enemies or get close to danger, shifting tone etc, there's a wonderful extra layer of variations of the main theme of the level that play depending on which part of the map you are at, so around New Orleans there's different versions of the tune being played on instruments depending on if you're looking at the market, or the cafe, or the red lantern or the docks. Wonderful!
